True.com is more of a teeny related dating website; you really will find more 18-19 year old daters than any other dating website on the internet. Originally called TRUE Beginnings, this website has evolved into one of the more popular dating sites on the internet and I can honestly say that it owns a spot in the top ten. True now has over 12 million members and it continues to grow each day, they also have a chat room area where you can choose amongst a plethora of different rooms. Recently, True.com updated their style and look of their website and it’s a lot easier to navigate which is a lot better than their last theme. One thing that I really like about True.com is the compatibility test you can take which can really help you find someone that is truly either virtually the same as you or completely different, depending on what you want. If security is a fairly big deal to you then you will definitely find that the criminal screening act that has been passed on True’s website is a large feature that fishes out any people who have records, etc. If someone has a criminal record, they won’t be able to communicate with any of the members on the site; this decreases the chances of people getting involved with possible rapists and psychos, etc.

One of the things I really dislike about True.com is the fact that they display a disturbing amount of ads. I feel like more and more dating websites are displaying annoying ads just to make money, if you are going to make major money off of your website, place the ads in a more convenient place then right smack in the middle, we do pay for their services after all. Whether we deal with pop ups or ads around the site, it’s annoying to know that we are paying for this BS. The last negative reason this website gets a poor rating is the way they make it tough to deactivate your account. Actually, I really shouldn’t say it’s difficult to deactivate your account since you just click a link and that should be it, but they go through a long process before you can actually cancel it or they forget to put it in their system and they take the money out of your credit\debit account anyway. Just beware if you decide to cancel your account and check with your bank. Overall, the site is nice and if you are interested in finding a potential relationship at a younger age, definitely try it out, you will not be disappointed.

Matchmaker.com is definitely one of the older dating services on the internet today, but it’s still one of the more reputable ones. One thing I am surprised with is the stats for this website, they only have a little over 2 million singles which is kind of on the small side especially if you compare it to other dating websites of the same caliber. One reason the stats are a little lower is the fact that you need to pay before you can really access any of the features on the site. One thing you I can naturally guarantee is you won’t find any BS on this site, everyone is serious about finding a relationship and all of the ones that have been started have lasted a fairly long time since most people send in success stories to the administration of the site. Even though you can make a free profile, you can’t do anything else when it comes to communicating with other singles and what not. Paid members reach more uses then non paid users so if you search for members, you will only find paid subscribers unless you go all the way to the end of the search results. If you want an ad free website then Matchmaker.com is definitely for you, they figure that they make enough money via the memberships so they don’t have any needs for ads which is a definitely plus seeing that most dating websites enjoy placing ads on their websites.

Some people have complained about peoples profiles not being as detailed as other websites, but I really don’t see it. If you are interested in someone, you aren’t going to read page after page about them, you want a brief and fairly detailed profile that will explain the basics about the person, you will then email them and figure out anything else you want to figure out at that time. Matchmaker.com is definitely one of my favorite dating websites and I have been on this one longer than any other I believe.

EHarmony has been around for a while now and it is one of the more in depth dating services on the net. EHarmony bases its matches off of a complex system where they find other potential matches for you. The only downside to this dating service is that you must go through the long process of filling out a lot of personal information, so they can match you up with someone. This is definitely a service for someone interested in starting a serious relationship as EHarmony has over 12 million registered members along with 10,000-15,000 new registered users daily.

EHarmony is one of the few dating websites that has a bit more women than they do men, which is great for men seriously interested in finding a long term relationship. The main reason people go to this website is that they don’t have to search for members themselves; the backend of the site will find someone for you. Currently the following regions are included for EHarmony USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia, along with over 200 other countries.

If you are a fan of the whole dating scene, then you will be happy to know that the New York Times gave EHarmony a very positive review, but the main thing to know is that this service is very different from others. I am currently a member here and must say the backend of the site really does a great job of matching people. I haven’t had any problems and have talked to a few people, however I haven’t met anyone worth marrying, and that’s for sure. If you are around the ages 25 and older, you have a much better chance of finding a potential marriage as most of the people are older than that.

My overall view of EHarmony is that you should definitely try it out at least. I doubt you will really find many things wrong with it as they have tried a great deal to perfect the website. EHarmony is definitely amongst the top five on the net.

With an add rate of over 250,000 a month, this site is one of the fastest growing services on the net and it continues to break records. I have tried this service and must say it is very reliable and have met a few pretty nice people. If you want to get involved with statistics then over a thousand couples and fifty marriages form a year, which is a great success rate for an online dating service.

The search function on the site allows people to ravage through hundreds of thousands of profiles with ease. You may search by location, age, interests and hundreds of other personal preferences that will make things a lot easier for anyone. Being one of the lower priced services on the net, the quality of members are a lot higher than some of the higher priced ones so that’s definitely a huge plus.

A major feature I really like about Date.com is the fact that they allow you to search for singles via your cell phone. This feature was added a little while ago and really makes things a lot easier for everyone associated with Date.com; many phones are compatible as it uses the SMS service. Finishing up this review, Date.com is for people interested in long term relationships more than short term, so make sure you know what you’re looking for before joining as it might come back to bite you in the butt. Match.com is one of the oldest and most popular dating sites on the net. With the exception of the ads they put all over their website, they offer a very good service that allows singles from around the world to meet people virtually anywhere. While Match.com offers the most features out of any dating service on the internet, you will pay for each and every one, which would be extra on your bill every month and while the originally subscription is fine, some people are spoiled and need the extra package. Searching for a potential lover on Match is very easy and is organized by numerous results including age, distance and compatibility. Dating can be a very tricky process, but Match really make things ultra easy in that department as there are a bunch of tips you can follow before you send an email to someone you’re interested in.

I am actually on Match.com currently and I must say my experience has been a very positive one. It’s most important that you really don’t lie about much on your profile because, believe me, if someone is interested in you, they will like you for who you are rather then who you aren’t. As Match.com continues to get better, more and more compatibility quizzes will be added and since its launch in 1995, it really has improved on a lot of its features.
